2021 Blazer RS AWD. Stuck in "Programming in Progress" bar graph shows 0 to 100% and not moving. DIC remains stuck in this mode and locks you out from using any features. After a few engine starts the display goes back to normal then a few engine starts later it gets stuck in the same mode. Took it in to dealer for the 3rd time, twice they manually updated the programming. Eventually it starts doing it again. Dealer is going to order a new instrument cluster. Appears to be an over the air programming issue.
Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same issue with mine it wouldn't update past 30%. I was going to make a service appointment but decided not too only because of work... When I had time to try and troubleshoot the issue I sat in the car for about an hour and just went through the settings and decided if it failed again to reset it all to factory settings and let it ride.
Don't know if that was the source of the issue but it went through no problem. On my GF's Blazer it failed only once and pushed right through the second time I cannot even explain how or why it worked just felt like i wasted time resetting mine to factory after that lol.

Yes! I have noticed that if I use the remote start it doesn't show up, but if I just start it when I get in the bar is there.

2021 Chevy Blazer Rs Awd Dashboard going black while driving. Does anyone know what is causing this? Also, my high beams do not come on Automatic like they use to when I first got my blazer,.not.sure if they are related or not. Please Help...
